Food Handler Certification is REQUIRED - if currently do not possess the certification, we request that you complete the lessons and schedule the exam within a month of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to the safety of our guests and employees through practice and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
• Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth.
• Consistently produce quality products.
• See to our employees maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.
• Attend to staffing and scheduling of both FOH and BOH team members
• Monitor staff performance and conduct routine staff appraisals to see who is performing up to standards, excelling, or lacking
• Facilitate store operating procedures
• Maintain stock and inventory to ensure the store is ready for service at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 years of restaurant/retail experience in a full service or fast casual environment.
• Food Handler Certification (or willing to get one ASAP)
• Excellent leader with great personal skills.
• Ability to step into any position in any store.
• Proactive - Sees life as choices and chooses to make a positive impact.
• People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and employees, possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth Oriented - knows that learning and growth are keys to personal and professional success and is willing and able to share learning with others.
• Conversational Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred but not required
